Scott Trotter, president, launched Scott Trotter Construction in
2004. The company has since grown with projects throughout
California. Incorporated in 2007, STC General Building Contractor
Inc. remodels and builds anything from residential homes to large
commercial related projects used by many people. Unusual
among large contractors, STC General Building Contractor Inc.
handles both large and small jobs through its two operating
divisions, Residential and Commercial.
Our employees operate as a team that is collectively responsible
for meeting the goals and needs of our clients. Employees create
our spirit and personality which allows us to be successful.
